**Equipment required for the recipes
The recipes are simple and uncomplicated, however, there are a few important pieces of equipment you will need. Stainless steel and ceramic bowls and cookware that is best for preparing and mixing. A food processor or a powerful blender is a must. A chef’s knife – at least 8” – rounds out most of your equipment needs.
**Staples to always have on hand:
There are certain seeds, like raw pumpkin seeds (no salt) chia, milled flax seeds, hemp hearts, and black cumin seeds.
Red ( tomatoes, red sweet peppers, & radishes,
Yellow (summer squash, Yellow sweet peppers and most green leafy veggies that when left out the leaves turn yellow)
Orange ( like butternut squash, carrots, pumpkin canned, and so forth ,
Purple ( beets, raspberries)
Blue (blue berries/blacklberries) ,
Green (most green veggies) & even
White (parsnips, cauliflower, turnips, cabbage) vegetables,
Fish wild caught canned Salmon with skin & bones, canned sardines in water. Frozen wild caught Cod & Salmon.
